A traditional Spanish house based in the heart of Alcaucin, this casa4let is a large and spacious two bedroom townhouse, which has recently been renovated. It comes complete with two good sized double bedrooms, a large kitchen, open plan sitting and dining room area, large office and patio area.
Both bedrooms are nicely sized and have an airy feel to them. Bedroom one (the master bedroom) can be found up the stairs from the sitting and dining room area, with views of Mount Maroma and the patio. Bedroom two is downstairs opposite the office with views down over one of the main village squares.

| Sleeping Arrangements |
The house can sleep a maximum of 6 people. There are two main bedrooms and a double sofa bed located in the study.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, double bedroom with super kingsize bed, window facing Mount Maroma Mountain and patio area.
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom on ground floor opposite study, double bed and view over village square.
Study: One double sofa bed in the large study.

There is a large family sized bathroom on the ground floor, complete with both shower and bath.

A spacious open plan lounge and dining area, with Satellite TV and a selection of DVDs and books, plus dining table. There are also Stairs leading up to the patio and master bedroom.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ironing board, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, etc.

Large work area with WiFi internet active for use throughout your stay.
Double sofa bed for extra sleeping room if required.

There is a private patio area with bbq and seating area. Great views of the village and Mount Maroma (part of the National Park).

All towels and linen are included as is the normal end of stay clean. Linen and towel changed after 7 nights.
